U.K. Delivery Information:
Deliveries are processed in the order in which they are received in our shipping department - most often the day after payment clears. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding all holidays. Frequently, your shipment will go out the day after your payment is received, but will always be processed within 2 business days.

Items are posted using either our couriers Parcel Force or in the case of some smaller items with The Royal Mail. You will need to sign for your item upon delivery. We advise all customers to add a contact telephone number to their order to assist the couriers in getting your parcel to you. If there has been damage caused to your item in transit you must contact us on the day of receipt.

Next day delivery is only available to Mainland UK addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands & all other UK Offshore addresses
Additional delivery charges will be applicable for any item over 2kg including packaging. Express delivery is available by prior arrangement only; failure to contact us first will result in cancellation of the order.

Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV32-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50.
Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

International Delivery
By purchasing this item all international customers agree to pay any import duties and taxes inccured importing the item into your country.

Russia
We are not able to deliver any item over 2kg including packaging to Russia. By contacting us first you will be able to arrange your own shipping agent to collect the item. For customs reason we will not ship any item via express courier to Russia.
