SHIPPING

• All items will be shipped to buyer's eBay address unless indicated. Before you pay, please make sure your address in eBay matches the address you would like us to ship to.
• Please note there is no tracking number for international orders. If you want to send items with tracking number, please contact us to consult the extra shipping charge before buying.
• All the items will be dispatched within 1-3 business day by one of our warehouses which hold the selective inventory after the payment is cleared.
• Most Items usually arrive in 7-25 business days. The arrival time depends on some factors and different areas/location/regions:

• Please understand we have multiple warehouses of inventory across North America and abroad. Depending on item selected, items may be dispatched from the correct warehouse which holds item's stock of inventory
• Please DO NOT leave negative or neutral feedback if you haven’t received the item in schedule, because we have mentioned the shipping time repeatedly. We suggest that you contact us immediately for further assistance. We will be responsible for losses incurred in the shipping process.
• Customs duty is obligation and liability of a citizen in your country, so buyer should be responsible for any tax and customs duty incurred. Generally, the delay or failure delivery is sometimes caused by the policy of different customs. For example, Cigarette lighter is unacceptable in some countries. Therefore, please check your local customs policy carefully before purchase. Or, we will NOT be responsible for any failure delivery related destination customs issue.
  • Expedited Shipping is available across North America and Abroad on selective products. Estimated time-frame of delivery (3-8 Business Days) at an additional cost connected with the appropriate item. If client decided they want Expedited Shipping, They must contact us first before placing the order.
  • For clients who live outside North America, which include the following, South America / Brazil/ Spain / Germany, Australia, Western Europe and Eastern Europe: may take up to 4 to 6 weeks due to strict Customs Inspection which is out of our control

PAYMENT

• We accept PayPal only.
• Payment must be received within 5 Days from the date of purchase, or will result in eBay's automatic claims.
• Bidding is a contract, Please only purchase if you are intending. All no pay bidders will result in a non-paying buyer alert from eBay.
• Please leave note in PayPal when making the payment if you have any special request (colors/address). Orders will be processed instantly and dispatched in same day normally, so we do not accept any Email/Message note before or after you place orders.

REFUND

• Please contact us via eBay Message if you have NOT received item in schedule. We will check it with post office and then resend or issue refund for any missing item.
• In the unlikely event that your product is faulty in anyway, please contact us for the return address, return is accepted within 14 days after the buyer receiving the item.
• We will not be responsible for the delivery or insurance charges incurred in returning item back to us. If you return an item purchased from us, it must be back in Factory Condition. This includes packaging, inserts, manuals etc. After receiving the return we will make a replacement depends on our available stock, if not available, a refund will be issued.
