Max Vision Australia will issue a full refund for product cost ONLY if the  item is defective (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable).  Merchandise must be sent back in original individual and case packaging  (if applied). Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any  losses or damages in transit. Shipping costs on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise. Returns may subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receipt.  No returns will be accepted after 10 days.

Warranty period for each item is different. Xenon HID and LED kit has 12 months  warranty. Halogen, LED and HID bulbs have 45 days warranty. No warranty  will be given for the universal lip.
