Shipping Policy
1.We ship only to the contiguous 48 States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO.
2.Please make sure the Ship-To address you input during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable address.
3.All orders are usually processed within 48 hours after payment completed received. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

 

Returns Policy
These items are Brand New.
Any Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. This does not apply to items that arrived damaged. If your order arrived damaged you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will request that you send the item back to us, at which time we will reimburse the shipping cost, and send you a replacement item.
Refunds will be made only to verified credit cards or given in store credit. To prevent these issues, please call us before ordering if you have any confusion. Although it is a very rare occurrence, we reserve the right to cancel any orders that may be affected by out-of-stock items, pricing errors or changes, shipping errors, or any unforeseen issues. You will be contacted if any of these issues arise.
