Steelbooks are very fragile and sometime have microdents and scratches or other flaws underneath the wrapping that can only be seen or felt once the wrapping is taken off.

For this reason you may inspect the sealed steelbook for up to 14 days In which if you are unsatisfactory you can return for a Refund.

If 14 days has passed or if you have opened the steelbook no returns or refunds will be accepted. 

You are responsible to check region coding before placing a bid, or selecting buy it now. Once the shrink wrap has been removed from a sealed steelbook, it can no longer be returned.

All of my steelbooks are handled with the highest care. Any damaged steelbooks that I may be selling came to me in that condition and were not damaged while in my possession. All steelbooks leave my possession with the discs secured inside the steelbook. If a disc comes loose in transit, I cannot be held responsible.
