Operating hours for the online store is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern standard time (EST). Store is closed on Canadian Holidays.

NO ONE WORKS THE ONLINE STORE ON WEEKENDS, so emails won't be answered till Monday for technical questions.

All items for sale here are also for sale in our store so please understand that sometimes an item you see online can be sold in store and a reasonable delay is required before we get a chance to remove it from the eBay listing.
