Plazmaman Billet Inlet manifold to suit the Mitsubishi 4G63, found in the Lancer Evo 4-9 Series – 4 Injector style Version.

These inlet manifolds were designed utilizing over 25 years of experience at the forefront of turbo racing. We took all areas of design into account –  which include ram tube length, taper and inlet volume. All Plazmaman inlet manifolds and products are precision tig welded by experts in house at our Sydney Facility. Through our ability of manufacturing in house, we are able to guarantee these inlets with a life time workmanship warranty. These are rated to 100psi at any RPM level you choose.

These manifolds were primarily designed for Mitsubishi’s Lancer Evolution 4-9 Series, however, we have supplied a number of these manifolds for 4G63 converted vehicles and fitment was not an issue, even in Rear Wheel Drive application. Contact Us if you’d like application advice or further information.

Plazmaman inlet manifolds utilize some of the most advanced manufacturing techniques. Multi axis HAAS CNC  machines ensure that all the one piece billet bases have tolerances to within .005. The inlet manifold dome utilizes a hard temper 3mm sheet alloy surface that has been made to shape in house with advanced forming techniques.

An added feature of these manifolds is that they can be ordered and manufactured specifically to suit 4, or 8 injector operation. For both options, we include one of our CNC machined fuel rails, in either single feed, or dual feed. Both of these fuel rail styles accept 14mm top feed injectors. The fuel rail comes with all mounting hardware, including stainless steel fasteners, CNC spacers/brackets, and the required male -6AN or -8AN fittings.

Our 4G63 Inlet Manifold can be made to suit a number of our universal throttle bodies, which can be pre-selected prior to ordering, or you can select None if you have your own throttle body. This ensures the manifold is designed exactly how you require.

Our billet manifolds are offered with, or without a provision for the factory IAC (idle air controller). A lot of race cars would not run the IAC, as most of these cars are run by independant stand alone ECUs.
