Offering a gorgeous vintage Japan, Kutani / Satsuma sleeping cat figurine. 

This wonderful sculpture is based on cobalt blue and then covered with moriage in brilliant orange, yellow and white. The cat is also accented with 24K gold. 

The cat figurine measures about 10" in length, 6.5" in width and 5" in height.

No chips or cracks. The white on the ears is slightly discolored. The camera flash made the gold look rubbed but it is not, the lighter part is merely reflected flash. 

Hand painted in red on the base is found the chop signature of the artist.
