Care instructions:

  1. To clean a felt hat or wool hat, brush the top and bottom counter-clockwise with a soft bristle brush.
  2. Set your hat on its top or hang from a peg or hat hook to help it retain its shape.
  3. If your hat gets wet, shake off all excess water, let dry, then lightly brush clean.

How to measure your head


Take a tape measure and place it around the circumference of the head, slightly above the ears. Read the measurement in centimetres.

  Shipping costs are for U.K Mainland only. Please contact us for shipping costs to other destinations as prices will vary. All items are sent with a proof of posting. You can request to have goods sent by Recorded or Special Delivery for an additional cost. Once posted goods are in the hands of Royal Mail. We are not liable for late deliveries or any other claim. We aim to despatch quickly. Items are usually despatched within 24-48 hours (except weekends) after receiving cleared payment Goods are sent in the most economical way,this is normally second class post unless you select otherwise. If an item has not been received within 7 working days please contact us.

All tags and original packaging must still be intact. Refunds will be given once the item has been received back, please send your item by a trackable method, as we will not refund on goods not received. Please include your user ID and Item number in with your return, for a faster refund. Postage, packaging & Paypal transaction charges costs for items will not be refunded, and we may charge five GBP handling charge for any refunded item. Please contact us before you ask for a refund.
