The Scout 2 (this one has the Stonewashed finish) is a great utilitarian design that would also serve well as a military style backup knife.  It features a 4.64” Böhler Steel N690 blade with aggressive upper jimping and a false back edge.  Locating dimples on the Forprene handle help align your grip properly even in total darkness.  The knife comes complete with a black nylon double-snap sheath with M.O.L.L.E. compatible mounting system.

The Scout 2 weighs just 5.11 ounces (145 grams), has a blade length of 4.64” (118mm), overall length of 9.13” (232mm), and blade thickness of 0.19” (5mm).  The blade is Bohler N690 steel at 58HRC, and has been Stonewashed for a durable finish that hides use marks well.
