Presenting Building Instructions for a custom, highly scalable and modular LEGO® "Corporate Headquarters" building. This modern office building is 32 studs wide and about 16.63 in / 42.2 cm high when fully assembled. Only standard/existing LEGO® bricks are to be used, no modified or custom parts are needed in order to build this MOC.

The step-by-step, easy-to-follow building instructions will guide you through the building process of the structure including the floor tiling, staircase and highly detailed interior on each floor.

Each floor has easily detachable rear wall for better access to the interior to support the playability without the need for removal of the upper floors. Highly detailed interior is then showing the following details, to name a few:

Ground floor - reception with waiting area, water dispenser, backoffice area with copy machine
First floor - open office with the desks and chairs, computers and LCD screens, printer, storage for office facilities, bathroom and coffee machine
Second floor - more office desks with chairs, another (different) printer and even the conference/meeting room with comfy office chairs, wall projector with remote control and flip chart – everything your minifigs need for a fruitful business meeting
Roof - air-condition units and other machinery as well as solar panels at the roof-top

The building, as shown in the pictures (Tan is the major color here), calls out for 3338 parts, including the 32×32 baseplate which the building is assembled on.

Base - 1208 parts / 164 lots
First floor - 910 parts / 150 lots
Second floor - 840 parts / 123 lots
Roof - 380 parts / 71 lots

More details:

Respecting the modular standards, this 32-studs wide Corporate Headquarters building can be used in connection with any other buildings following the modular standard
Default layout of the building with base and ground floor, two upper/main floors and roof is over 42 cm (16.6 in) high
Lots of large windows and transparent stairs allow better visibility of the interior. Rear walls of the floors can be easily detached without the need for removal of the upper floors, for easier access to the interior and for a better playability
Being truly modular, even the roof-top with the solar panels can be detached easily. The scalability then means that the main floors can be attached in any order, as you like, and you decide how many floors, and which ones, the building should have

ZIP file with detailed parts lists in PDF format for each module (base with ground floor, two main floors, roof) as well as the complete parts list of the full building as shown in the pictures
ZIP file with TXT files of parts lists in XML format for easy upload to your BrickLink wanted list. Same file logic as above - one XML parts list per each floor as well as the complete parts list for the full building
