This is a new reproduction ships lantern that is ornamental and functional, when t/light candle is lit creates a nice ambiance.

Lantern is made in a antique copper metal effect. The words "PORT" are embossed on the front of the top hinged part of the lamp. It opens when the small bolt is unscrewed, lamp has a Red glass lens that when lit has a nice warm glow.

This is a classic piece which would look good in any collection. 

Approx size: height to top of handle 280 mm (11 inches), across base 152 mm (6 inches).
