Q1:How long dose it last?
A: This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer.
Q2:What type of hair care products should I use?
A: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. condition your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.
Recommended shampoos and conditioners: Pantene PROV for treatment and every day use: Olive Oil hair Polisher.
Q3: Why are my hair extension get tangled?
A: Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing ( wide tooth comb ) out your hair daily Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
Q4: Why does my hair shed badly?
A: Generally, the weft does not shed. You can check it before you install. But some hair maybe shed after you install, you will ask why.
First, some person like narrow-toothed comb, if you don not comb your hair gently, it will shed easily. Second, if you cut the weft many times when you install the hair, the hair will shed easily from the place where you cut, you'd better put some glue in the cut edge.
Q5: Is there any Customs tax?
A: Usually we will put low amount in the invoice to avoid Custom tax, but due to different policy in different countries (especially in South America and Africa), there might be some Custom tax which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer. You could leave a message when placing order about how much you want us to put on the invoice.
Q6: Why the hair I received are different with the photo?
A: All Items are for Real Shooting. For display, light, environmental reasons may be a Slight Deviation phenomenon, please in kind prevail. 
NOTE: We won't pay the shipping cost for the Return because of Color Reason.
Q7: What is your Returns/Exchange policy?
A: All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Unraveled or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.


Shipping:
  1. We ship all goods within 24 hours upon receipt of payment (except holiday and weekend).
  2. We ship by e packet from China by China post, arrive to US about 7-15 days,Usually you can receive the package  within 15-30 Working days, but sometimes it may takes about 35 Working Days to arrive. We can give you tracking number for logistics information. It mostly due to the post office. It's international shipment and will take longer time due to the holidays or customs inspection or bad weather.
  3. If you want speedy post, please pay extra $20 which takes about 5 -15 days arrive.
  4. Also, the package may delay when in some important festival(for example: the Spring festival and Christmas day,Chinese National day) or natural disaster  (for example: volcanic explosion,dense fog and so on)&Postal strike. So Please contact us if you can't get item over 35 days. Hope you can understand it!
