For sale are new 1/4” (.2500”) four-flute, solid carbide endmills. They are ball end, and are necked back 1.25" to give extend reach into deep pockets. These endmills called the Z-CARB-AP are made by Kyocera SGS. They have a .500" flute length.
These tools have a variable rake geometry which alters and controls chatter suppression. Unequal helix design aids in damping harmonics. Ti-NAMITE-X coating allows for excellent thermal and chemical resistance - can be used for diverse range of materials.
