All my Buy It Now listings require immediate payment. To take advantage of any offers and combined shipping, please add your items to your basket, then checkout once you have selected all your purchases.
DISPATCH -
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ITEM SHIPS TO THE UK ONLY. Whilst I always aim to post the next day, please allow 2 days for postage and a further 1-4 days for delivery depending on service selected.
If you have not received your item within eBay's estimated time frame then please get in touch. I will refund where items have become lost in the post but please allow 15 working days to pass as Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until after this time. Please remember that when you are marking the stars on Feedback you mark for DISPATCH time, NOT Delivery time. Also please also consider affecting factors such as Christmas, Postal Strikes, Flooding etc.
RETURNS
I accept returns on most items. I do not refund postage charges unless I sent the wrong item. The buyer has to pay for return postage and a refund will only be given upon receipt of the item. Please note that it must be in the same condition that it was sent out in. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving if you want a refund. I do not offer exchanges, if you want a different item them please wait for your refund to be processed and then buy the other item you require.
