• Your item will ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of your cleared payment.
• Items will be shipped to the shipping address you specify via Paypal only.
• We are NOT able to change the shipping address once payment has been made.
• If you ask us to ship to an address other than what is specified on Paypal, we will cancel your order and ask you to re-check out once you have updated your address.
• A tracking number will be provided once your item has shipped.
• Orders over the amount of $750 will require signature upon delivery.

• Please note that we only accept returns within 30 days after delivery.
• If the item is defective/DOA (Dead on Arrival) we must be notified within 2 days of arrival, and a refund in full will be granted after item is sent back.
