For your attention I present to you the pinnacle of my compositions made using the best of the best and unprecedented levels of craftsmanship......Aurum D'Angkhor 3ml
To make this composition I scoured endlessly for two years to source the right materials and took just as long to prepare each individual accords. Jasmine with the right properties and facets,highest grade Saffron strands from Iran, saffron resinoid and essential oil, finest Persian rose from the Kashan region that I ordered with the specific requirements, Bulgarian rose absolute with the right amount of honeyed sweetness, tobacco with balanced facets, Mysore sandalwood with right level of creaminess and woodiness, Ambergris with the necessary sweet facets and radiant qualities, Oud with the right facets and levels of complexity, etc! Etc! Etc! I could literally just go on and on😂😂
This is indeed a blend fit for royalty where the King is the Oud and the queen is the Jasmine who have chosen their loyal council very carefully to create a harmonious kingdom.......and the kingdom is called Aurum D'Angkhor
Every material I used to compose this regal composition has been very carefully chosen but the five Jewels on this golden crown is definitely the Jasmine, Rose, saffron and Ambergris that was used to create this composition
Rather than using the commonly available Jasmine Sambac or Jasminum Grandiflorum I decided to use a species that has been rarely used in modern perfumery.....Jasminum Auriculatum which is in between the two I mentioned earlier but with added complexity and facets such as honeyed yellow florals, orange blossom and tuberose!
The Rose I used is a damascena variety from the Kashan region of Iran which is an incredible rarity nowadays and the saffron used is the highest grade available again solely from Iran.
In this batch I used two ouds for Aurum D'Angkhor. One of the Ouds I used for Aurum D'Angkhor is an exceptionally rare Cambodian Oud called Encens D'Angkhor by the Oud artisan extraordinaire EnsarOud! When I first smelt Encens D'Angkhor two years ago I straight away was mesmerised by its beauty and sheer complexity...there and then I decided I simply have to create a masterpiece from this magical secretion.....and two years later Aurum D'Angkhor was born😄😄😄😄😄
The second oud I used is Indian that I ordered to be custom distilled for this project again stressing on the particular facets of the end product to be deliciously spicy and a fruity abyss😜
And finally the Ambergris I used is from Ireland where the finest ambergris in the world can be found. After I thoroughly sifting through literally hundreds of pieces, I found one with the necessary radiant animalic sweetness...this literally makes up 15% of the composition and provides the longlasting salty sweetness that just goes on and on😵😵😵
