SPECIAL NOTE:

Peter Murphy, singer of the band Bauhaus from Northampton, in concert in Paradiso Amsterdam 20-11-1980.
Named after the German art school from Weimar, Bauhaus, they formed in 1978. They were generally considered one of the first gothic rock groups, known for their gloomy sound and dark image, which drew on styles from dub and glam rock to psychedelia and funk. The single ”Bela Lugosi Is Dead” perfectly reflects this description.

Marc Tilli took photos while attending gigs in the alternative circuit in The Netherlands. He graduated from art school in the 80’s as a designer.
