We ship on same business day if order is placed before 3:00 pm Eastern Time and on next business day if made after that. Items are shipped by First Class USPS or Economy Shipping that usually takes 2-9 days. If you want your items at sooner, please Expedited shipping. In most cases we are able to provide you with your shipment's tracking details. However, sometimes items are shipped via standard shipping which does not come with tracking information. We maintain a close record of shipping however are only able to provide minimal assistance if your order is misplaced by USPS. Note; Business day is Monday to Friday.
Return policy
We believe in providing you great quality products at great prices, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase due to any reason, you can send them back.Return items must be unused. We will refund your purchase price less shipping charges once we get the items back.
