Instructions for molding the trays:

You’ll need:

One set of thermoforming (boil-n-bite) whitening trays
Something to boil some water in
Small scissors

First you’re going to boil some water. Then remove the water from the heat. Next, hold one tray by the tab and immerse the tray into the hot water for about 5 seconds.
IMPORTANT: As soon as the tray starts to wilt, remove it from the water.

Making sure the sides of the tray do not fold over, position the tray over your upper teeth and then bite down. Don’t worry, it won’t burn.
Firmly press the tray against the front of your teeth with your fingers and at the same time, press the tray against the back of your teeth with your tongue. Leave the tray on your teeth for about 10 seconds, and then remove.

You should see an impression of your teeth in the front part of the tray.  Using small scissors, trim the trays around the gum line (if needed) and cut off the tab.

Repeat the entire process for the bottom set of teeth.

RETURNS:

PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THEM!
We personally inspect all items and guarantee to be as described. If you receive an item that is damaged or is incorrect, contact us ASAP.
If the item is damaged, not as described or any other reason a buyer is given a 14 day period to contact us and return the item for replacement or refund. Any items of personal hygiene type are not returnable or refundable.
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
All Refund requests in exception to replacement of incorrect or damaged items will incur a restocking fee of 15%.  Item(s) have to be returned in the condition they were received by the buyer to receive the refund.
Buyer is responsible for making sure the item(s) they are returning are packaged carefully so the item(s) are not damaged in transit back to the seller.
Items that are unsealed, used or otherwise different from their original brand new condition are not eligible for returns or refund.
