*You can change the outline contour of the written graffiti name and the main centre colour of the graffiti name.
*The cracked effect colours cannot be changed.
Surfaces they can be applied to:
- Smooth matt finish painted walls.
- Mirrors.

- Fridges.
- Windows.
- Vehicles ( not laminated so will scratch from wear and tear )
Essentials requirements:
- All of our wall stickers must be left flat for 24 hours when taken out of the postal tube.
- If the wall sticker still curls after it has been left flat for 24 hours please allow more time until it remains flat ( weight like books may be required to encourage it to remain flat)
- Do not install above any heat sources such as radiators as this will encourage the adhesive to weaken.
- They are only suitable for matt finished walls, silk and satin finishes encourage the sticker to peel away.
- Wall paint must have been left to dry for a minimum of 3 weeks (it may feel dry after a few days but it still has moisture trapped)

As this is a D.I.Y product you are responsible for installing the item correctly and it is your responsibility to ensure it is done correctly. Our instructions are only a guide to help you install the decal and it is down to your own skills and methods to ensure the wall sticker is applied correctly. Under no circumstances will MySticky refund, replace or except any damages due to installation. This includes any damages to the walls or desired surfaces when removed. Returns
If you purchase (choose) the wrong size and want to return the item then you may do so but MySticky will only refund 80% of the cost as these are made to order and can not be resold. MySticky will issue a refund when the item has been received and all items must be sent recorded delivery with all its contents. Failure to send a return without a tracking number may lead into the item been lost in the mailing system and you will be personally held responsible for the loss of the item and a refund will not be permitted.
Damages
Unfortunately at times items can get damaged in the post. Although MySticky pack them solidly and securely accidents do happen.
However you do not need to return any items, all MySticky ask is that you send a photo of the damage to us by attaching the photo to an eBay message with a short description of the issue. Please ensure that you report any damage before using the item or it will be voided and MySticky will not be able to refund you.
