All electronic boards go thru heavy testing process, so testing the board to see if it works by consumers is not option.
The electrical parts cannot be returned once installed, unless it is defective by manufacturer. We do test all the boards upon receipt, and if the board is not found defective, and 99% of the returns started "defective" has this case, are subject to 50% deduction or deny of any credit.
The return policy serves if the part is defective, or if you returned the board per agreement, The sealed bag must be UNOPENED.
