RETURN POLICY

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of receiving the item. Clear communication must be made when submitting a return request.

If you need to return a purchase due to a mistake on our behalf (item not as described, dead on arrival, or defective), you will get a full refund of the purchase price.

Any and all returned items must be in the same exact condition as it was received. Returns must include all packaging, tags, bundled items, etc... If the item was in used condition when purchased, it must also be returned in the same condition as when the item was received.

FEEDBACK

If in the unlikely event there is an issue with the transaction, clear communication must be made to resolve the issue BEFORE leaving negative feedback. Negative feedback should only be used as a last resort if the buyer and seller cannot come up with a solution to fix any issues with the transaction.

I use FedEx for my bigger/heavier items and they don't ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses so shipping costs may apply. Please contact me BEFORE purchasing so I can check for you.

I use the EBAY Global Shipping Program for my International Shipping since they provide tracking and insurance. EBAY sets the price and it should show on the item screen, if available. It is NOT available for all items and to all countries unfortunately.
