Campagnolo C Record "Sheriff" front road hub, 32 holes, 100 mm spacing, with front skewer.  Needs polished.  Hubs should be serviced, although they spin freely.  I've not used this nor been inside it to assess.  Check pics for condition.  Ask questions.
