Warranty: 1 Year
It has a helicoid macro ring to reduce the closest focusing distance of your lenses.
The stroke of the helicoid is 5mm, The adapter doesn't action within the original closest focusing distance range. You can rotate the ring in the adapter to reduce the focusing distance once it reach closest focusing distance.
Corresponding to different focal length lenses, the effect from adapter is different, please see follows for detail:
28mm Lens: Closest focusing distance of 0.7m, can be reduced to 0.20m
35mm Lens: Closest focusing distance of 1m, can be reduced to 0.28m
50mm Lens: Closest focusing distance of 1m, can be reduced to 0.43m
50mm Lens: Closest focusing distance 0.75m, can be reduced to 0.38m
75mm Lens: Closest focusing distance 1.25m, can be reduced to 0.73m
90mm Lens: Closest focusing distance of 1m, can be reduced to 0.73m
Voigtlander VM35mm F1.2 lens closest focusing distance is 0.5m, can be reduced to: 0.26m
Settings:
Put red marks of the adapter and lens collar together.
Turn the adapter anticlockwise till the fixative click.
Mostly it will use Manual or AV mode.
Removing:
To remove the adapter you should unpress fixative pin and turn the adapter clockwise.
Notice:
Although the lens will fit physically, automatic diaphragm, auto-focusing, or any other function will not operate correctly while using this adapter.
In this case "Stop-down mode" will need to be used when metering since the lens doesn't have the ability to have its apeture controlled by camera body.
You can shoot with manual mode or aperture priority mode.
