In January 2009, China and the United States signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) regarding certain art and objects from China. Archeological Material importation restrictions pertain to items produced in China before 907 AD (the end of the Tang Dynasty). Items legally inside the United States on January 16, 2009 are exempt from these restrictions. There are very strict requirements and disclosures along with Chinese Government approval required before these listed items may be exported legally from China into the United States. Please Note: The Chinese items (online) that we have listed as Antique were in the United States on or before January 16, 2009. Furthermore one should understand that any items being sold from Chinese sellers in China that are covered under this MOU may not be imported into the United States. Many items sold by unscrupulous Chinese sellers may actually be reproductions disguised and labeled as antiques. We strongly advise all buyers in the United States that such items may be confiscated by US Customs. Govern yourself accordingly.

items are based on our opinion from experience. In addition we may
provide comparables of similar items recognized by other leading
