This wooden mold was hand carved by D.D. Dillon, a master woodcarver from Pennsylvania who is now retired. He is a true American artist and has a variety of molds with the Pennsylvania Dutch theme.    

It can be used for Springerles, Speculaas, Gingerbread or Shortbreads.  It can also be used for dough ornaments, clay and paper castings and beeswax ornaments.  It makes beautiful, crisp prints. It has a hole drilled into the back so you can hang it on the wall as well as an eye-hook at the top.
