PAYMENT: Payment by PayPal is the only method of payment I will accept and payment must be made within 3 days of purchase.

POSTAGE: I usually post on Wednesdays and Fridays/Saturdays so as soon as your payment is received your item will be posted on the next postage day, unless for some reason I’m not able to but I will email you to advise when your item will be posted. My postage charges also include cost of materials to pack the item as well as the postage itself so no amendments will be made, as postage costs continue to rise and plus the postage fees for both eBay and PayPal. I usually post second class standard or other courier if the item is of value, this is not negotiable.

DELIVERY: I take no responsibility for items once they have left my possession and been posted but I always obtain proof of posting so if your item has not been received within a reasonable amount of time then please ask me to forward proof of posting to you so that you can resolve your issue, I will not do this for you.
