eBay does not allow us to change an address after payment is made, so please make sure your eBay and Paypal address is correct.

Combined Shipping Discounts: USA and International

When purchasing multiple items, please wait for our invoice with combined shipping if you feel the shipping cost is wrong.

ebay DOES NOT always calculate shipping fees correctly, sometimes they do.....International is usually wrong.

Nor does eBay refund the fees we pay based on shipping charges if we issue a refund for shipping!

If we issue a credit for overpayment of shipping, we will deduct up to 50% of the overpayment to cover ebay non-refunded seller fees.

Paid orders may ship as seperate orders with no shipping refund. 

USA Shipping:

We ship using USPS First Class, Parcel Post, Priority Mail, and several FedEX options.

We may upgrade your shipping method at our discretion.

Tracking is provided. Orders over $750 will require a signature per Paypal rules.

International Shipping:

We ship USPS First Class International and Priority Mail. It's your choice!

There is no tracking on FCI or Flat Rate Priority Shipping.

Allow two to ten weeks when choosing First Class International, but it's usually far less.

Insurance:

We insure all International shipments. 

Insurance is purchased from Shipsurance. (eBay application)

Handling and Shipping time:

99% of all orders ship the next day. Some even ship the same day!

Please be aware USA Shipping Holidays may affect International Shipments.

Sales Tax and Import Fees:

New York Residents will be charged 8% Sales Tax - It's the law.

International Customers are responsible for any and all customs, duty, or taxes.

Don't ask us to falsify a customs form...We will not do it.

Returns:

Please contact us PRIOR to requesting a return through eBay.

Returns accepted for items received that significantly differ from description.

No returns are accepted on opened items.

All items we sell are covered by Manufacturer Warranty. 

Do not open a return case for defective items, Contact us FIRST.

Buyer must notify us within 2 days, and return within 7 days of receipt.

A restocking charge of 15% ($5.00 min) will apply. 15% may not apply on exchanges.*

We do not refund original shipping charges. 

Once an order has been packed and the shipping label printed, cancelling an order is the same as a return.

Everything we sell is brand new and covered by Manufacturer's Warranty unless noted.

We will assist you in the warranty process if needed. We only sell brand new items, would you want a returned and used decoder?

Ask another seller if they test each returned item before shipping it you? We don't believe so...
