WE SHIP ON MONDAY
We Ship Usps Priority Mail.
We ship in a styro foam lined box.
We add heat or cool packs When needed.
We use 100% pure oxygen to pack the fish.
We have been packing and sending live fish since 1996.

So far our DOA fish shipments is less then 1%, however in the unlikely event of a DOA please contact us immediately within ONE hour of delivery and provide a picture of dead fish in unopened bag/ If you follow this simple rule I will totally replace the fish.
