Ø We ship the same day! International customers are welcome to purchase through eBay’s Global Shipping Program. We no longer offer shipping internationally outside of eBay’s Global Shipping Program.
v ITEMS DAMAGED BY THE CARRIER:
Ø It does not happen often, but sometimes the item might be damaged during shipping. We have no control over how the Post Office handles packages. If you received an item that’s damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We can either resend the item or refund. Please do not ship the item back before contacting us.
v RETURNS:
Ø Items are returned in unused and unopened condition. Refund or replacement is initiated after the item is returned and its condition is validated.
Ø The cost of shipping the item is non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Since I offer FREE SHIPPING on all or almost all my items, the actual shipping cost I paid to ship to you will be deducted from your refund. Please contact me within 30 days of receipt for any return.
v WRONG ADDRESS POLICY:
Ø If the package is Returned To Sender due to: “insufficient address”, “wrong address”, “addressee unknown” or any reason of this nature, I will notify you via eBay messaging. I will ask you for the new address and require you to pay the shipping fee to resend the package.
