My spell bottles and witch bottles contain formulas that I devised myself from my two plus decades on my spiritual path, using the finest quality herbs. They are not prepackaged mixes of inferior herbs that you can order out of some catalog. They are hand blended in a mortar and pestle by me on the appropriate day for planetary energy, not blended by some machine and wholesaled. This is a spell bottle for protection, with my own hand blended mix of protection herbs, powders, and minerals, with a quartz crystal point inside to amplify the effect. Has a tibetan silver pentacle, an age old protection charm, and other charms associated with Protection: you might get pentacles, triquetras, evil eyes, spirals, and more. Stones are chosen for protection, you may get stones such as garnet for protection, and black tourmaline for repelling all sorts of negative energy, for protection against many different forms of negativity, amethyst, smoky quartz, red jasper, and more. I also often add other stones associated with protection, following my instincts for every necklace that passes through my shop.

Payment information:


I use unpaid item assistant on ebay. Unpaid item assistant will automatically open a case 8 days after purchase if no payment is made. Multiple items can be combined within 7 days of the first item won. If you're only purchasing one item, please pay within 3 days of auction end.

Shipping:

USA: I generally ship first class with tracking for all items under 13oz.
You can CHOOSE priority mail, which is faster and slightly more expensive, and has free insurance up to $50.
For items over 13oz, I ship USPS priority which includes free insurance up to $50.

For international orders, CHOOSE:
first class international, which is cheaper, but takes longer (up to 6 weeks) and has no tracking past the USA customs office for some locations.
OR: priority mail international, which is more expensive, but delivers much more quickly and has tracking all the way up to delivery for most destinations.
***Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other fees. These vary by destination, please check with your local postal service for an estimate of these, this is not something I have access to on my end.

I do not ship on saturdays, sundays, and on federal holidays.

Please note that the tracking number is uploaded when the shipping label is printed, the uploading of a tracking number does not mean that the package is in the mail, it means that the item is being packaged and will be mailed shortly.

I offer shipping discounts when multiple items are purchased. In order to get the discounts, you must:

1. when using buy it now, add the items to your cart, then check out all at once. The shipping discounts will be automatically applied.

2. when winning multiple items in an auction, if they do not combine automatically (sometimes they do, sometimes they don't, I have no idea why) send me a message so I can send you a single invoice. If they do combine automatically, you should be all set.

 
I put tracking on EVERYTHING within the United states. International orders can choose shipping methods, priority includes tracking up to delivery while first class does not, for some locations. 
I live in a very rural area. Sometimes, the post office here makes mistakes. Most times, I ship out packages within 4 business days of the LABEL BEING PRINTED, that's when the tracking number is uploaded.  I am a one person operation, and 95% of what I offer is made to order, and then I get the shipping done as fast as I'm able. If you see that your package is not moving by 4 BUSINESS days after the tracking is uploaded, and are concerned, please send me a message.
Sometimes, the package isn't scanned in until it reaches the sorting facility beyond my local post office. Once in a great while, it gets misplaced at the post office before it's scanned in. If you see that your package has been scanned in, then seems to get stuck somewhere in transit, please send me a message, because I can file a customer service complaint with USPS and get it moving again. 
This area is pretty rural. Once in a while, I get snowed in on this mountain, and can't get to my post office, which is ten miles away one way, for a couple days. If this affects my handling times, I'm usually pretty good about messaging people. I figure I give better service to people alive. :D

Shipping is calculated, this means you are paying ACTUAL cost plus a max of 8 cents for handling, packaging materials, printer ink, etc and for the fees on shipping. You are getting exactly what you're paying for. If you want a shipping method other than what is offered at checkout, all you need to do is message me. Please note that nearly every order offers first class and priority, except for those domestic orders that do not qualify for first class shipping. (too heavy, etc) Even international orders have different shipping methods available, first class international, which is the cheapest, and priority, which is the fastest. Please do not leave me bad ratings on shipping charges if you choose the more expensive option.

I am a one person operation, I operate during normal business hours, 9am -5pm eastern time monday through friday, though I do often check my messages every day. I don't ship on weekends, or federal holidays for the USA: Federal holidays = no mail. If you pay after 5pm eastern time on any given day, the handling time begins the next business day. Handling time does NOT include weekends and Federal holidays.






COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS:

In order to have your items combined in one package, you must either wait to pay for everything at once, or send me a message that you want to have your items combined before you pay for additional items.
