Tip when replacing handle: The most common question I get is that the handle doesn't fit. Actually, it does but it is sometimes tricky to attach the handle. The key is to line up the screw to the hole. Since most people end up using one hand to hold the saucepan, you only have one hand to try to fit the screw in. The easiest way is to put the sauce pan against something so it won't move, then push the screw into the handle with a screwdriver and then try to line it up to the hole. When it does line up, you can start screwing it in.
Dimension: the handle is about 160 mm long. The square hole is about 13.5 mm wide and 14 mm high. Included with the handle is a screw and flame guard.

If your cookware has metal bracket on both sides of the connector, this handle WILL NOT FIT. As far as I know, these brands have that bracketed connector: Inkor, westminster, royal queen, Saladmaster. I have had customers who use dremel tool to make the cavity bigger to fit and worked, but it is entirely at your own risk. Any alteration of the handle will automatically void the return policy. |
