Three-way Catalyst Pressure Tester Car Exhaust Presure Guage to Check if Blocked

When car lack of power, you may doubt if the Three-way Catalyst blocked. For some cars, you can remove the Three-way Catalyst to check, but for most cars it's hard to remove, even removed it's hard to see how it is burnt inside.

Our this tester will save you from this trouble:
For a well running car, the front pressure of Three-way Catalyst is very low: 0.004MPa at idle; Less than 0.01MPa at 3000RPM. 

If Three-way Catalyst slightly blocked, the pressure will go to 0.025Mpa or higher at 3000RPM; The higher the heavier it's blocked.

So you will know when you should exchange the Three-way Catalyst by reading the pressure.

Operation instruction:
1. Find the front O2 sensor
2. Remove it
3. Take off the test connector
4. Screw the connector into exhaust pipe
5. Connect the tester to connector, start car and read the pressure data.

Notes:
When car work normal, the pressure is very low, the pointer just move little; Only exhaust pipe blocked the pointer will move obviously.

Warning:
Step 2's connector is O2 sensor's connector, not provided by seller!
