TERMS OF SALE:

If you win the item in this auction you should make payment in 3 days , if not received in 1 week, we will contact Ebay and file A NON-PAYING BIDDER and the item will be relisted. BUY IT NOW items required instant payment.

RETURN :

Returns is accepted within 14 days if ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED ONLY. Please return item within 14 days with ship insurance and tracking #. Returned items must be in the condition of item received and packed carefully to qualify for any refund. If item return with writing on the box or missing original accessories plastic wraps, or damage box, will be subjected to 15% open box fee as we can not sell item as new anymore.

1. Return because BUYER REMORSE or CHANGE MIND (please MAKE GOOD DECISION before buy): If item has not been shipped, we will refund payment, no charge for this.

2. If item has been shipped, please DO NOT OPEN BOX and return item within 14 days in the same condition as when shipped with ship insurance and tracking #. Buyer pay return ship cost to us and our initial ship cost to buyer and 10% restocking and handling fees. Payment will be refunded to buyer original Paypal account minus our initial ship cost and 10% fees above.

3. If item LOST during return shipment back to seller. PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AT ALL . Sales are final.

4. Return because mishandling of items, dropped to the floor/ hardsurface WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If new item is not working properly, please read manual for trouble shooting before return item.
