Payment and Shipping

Payment

Please be aware that we only accept payments through Paypal and any requests to purchase this listing outside of eBay and/or with a different payment method other than Paypal will not be replied to. If you pay using a Echeque the item will not be posted until the payment has cleared (10-14 days). 

Shipping

We disptach all items within 24 hours, however we aim to post items same day if ordered before 4PM.

All items are shipped in bubble protected envelopes or physically wrapped and sealed in bubble wrap to ensure they don't get damaged while in transit. Please note that orders for multiple items or items deemed valuable/rare will be sent signed for.

Please note that items can be delayed in transit and in some rare case can take up to 10 working days after the due date, after this they are considered lost.

International

We will happily post internationally, however we can only send tracked and/or signed for depending on country (please note that tracking numbers are available on request). 

If you wish to buy multiple items it costs:

(EU) The full price of one item as seen in the listing + £2 for each additional item

(Everywhere Else) The full price of one item as seen in the listing + £3 for each additional item

Please note that the estimated delivery time is generated by eBay and in some cases does not reflect the actual delivery time which can take up to 20 working days (EU) or 25 working days (Everywhere Else).

Returns

We want our customers to be happy when shopping with us. We are trying to make it as easy and straight forward as possible if you ever have to return an item. If, for whatever reason, you want to return an item, please contact us before you send it back. 

Incorrectly advertised, defective, damaged in transit or wrong item: 

You can return your item for up to 30 days and we will issue a full refund or replacement (if available). 

Unwanted item: 

If you changed your mind and no longer want an item you can return it to us. The item has to be in its original condition and undamaged shrink wrapped, if sold as new and sealed. Pre-owned games have to be complete as sold, including manuals and discs in original condition. Please note we will not refund postage costs, as there is no failure on our part. If you fail to take responsible care of the item and it arrives damaged, we will charge you for the reduction in value. 

We will test every returned item and refund you within 1-2 days, if the item is in its original condition.
