Hello,

I am selling a complete set of 9 Canon FD lenses. Most of these lenses are "Chrome Nose" versions which were the first Canon FD lenses (1970-1973) and two are non-SSC versions (17mm F4 and 135mm F2.5).

They offer an older single coating which is very beautiful on digital sensors. Bokeh and flares are truly great. Some lenses might be a bit slow compared to modern lenses but the look is very different, more organic. I tried to find matching lenses/coatings the best I could but some lenses are a little bit warmer than others. It's very easy to fix in post or by shifting slightly the white balance.

Some focal lengths appear twice because both lenses were interesting but had a different look. For example, the 35mm F2 is the concave version which is amazingly sharp but is usually warmer because of it's special coating. The 35mm F3.5 is slower and softer but feels more neutral in terms of colors.

They all have custom seamless follow focus gears (can be easily removed) and were all adapted to 72mm front. Iris is not declicked. Marked front caps and rears caps are included. 8 original front lens caps are also included. A hardcase from LowePro (Hardside 200) is included. The padded interior bag doubles as a backpack.

The set includes:

- Canon FD 17mm F4
- Canon FD 24mm F2.8
- Canon FD 28mm F3.5
- Canon FD 35mm F2.0
- Canon FD 35mm F3.5
- Canon FD 55mm F1.2
- Canon FD 100mm F2.8
- Canon FD 135mm F2.5
- Canon FD 135mm F3.5

They are all in their original FD breech-lock mount which is a very solid mount (works well with follow focus systems) and easy to adapt to M4/3, Fuji-X and Sony E. There are even mounts for Red and Alexa cameras.

All the optics are clean (apart of the little dust you find in older lenses), focus and iris are smooth (some of the lenses were cleaned and tuned by a local technician). Some went through UV treatment to deyellow the coatings. This set was assembled with care. They are ready to use.

The price of this set is higher than buying all the elements separately but please take in account the time needed, buying multiple lenses to find a good one, the costs of cleaning some lenses, shipping, customs,...

all the best,
