The  Zone2 Sky / Freesat satellite dish is our most popular satellite dish due to its quality construction and design, as it was specifically designed for Ireland. Also, it's most commonly used satellite dish in Ireland for SKY, Sky+, Sky HD, Sky multiroom, Free to Air and Freesat tv installs for the reception of Astra 28.2E satellite signal. Perforated surface makes it ideal for use in seaside areas where wind is a common problem, as it's allows wind to pass through. It can be used with SKY Quad or Octo LNB (You have to buy one seperately). It's can be used with foreigh satellites such as: Hotbird 13E - for Polish, Italian, Russian and some Arab TV, Astra1 19E - for French and German TV, Astra4 5E (Sirius) - for Ukrainian TV.

    If your details with Paypal are not verified/confirmed we reserve the rights to return your payment.
    We dispatch most of the orders Monday-Friday. Products are generally delivered either by Courier or by AnPost (Irish post service). Tracking numbers are available by request. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by standard post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Orders are normally shipped within 1 working day after the payment is cleared. If we receive an order before 2pm we strive to ship it the same day for next working day delivery. Items purchased after 2pm on a Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on next working day. We can only guarantee the dispatch time. The transport time may vary as it's related to 3rd parties' that deliver item(s) to you and depends on the delivery address as well as your chosen method of freight.

    Make sure you provide a valid telephone number when ordering as couriers require phone number to speed up a delivery.

    All orders will be dispatched only to the address registered in your Paypal account. The buyer is responsible for providing a full and correct address on Paypal account.

    When an item has been processed for dispatch we send a confirmation email out. This confirms that the item will be sent out on the next postage collection so that customers are kept informed of the progress of their order and are able to know when to expect delivery of their item.

      Our P&P costs include delivery charges, ink, labels, packaging, mailing sacks, bubble wrap and handling fees. if you do not agree with the P&P charges that we associate with this item then please do not bid. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.

    Please note, working days are Monday to Friday, Public/Bank holidays are not regarded as working days.
    We at TV-Zone want the customer to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make. So if you are not completely happy with any item, simply return it to us for exchange or refund. We have set out Return Policy that apply to returns and refunds so please read it carefully before purchase.

    Please note our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights. TV-Zone reserves the rights to inspect returned goods and verify any faults and/or damage.
     
    FAULTY GOODS: If for some reason you think that an item you've purchased from our online store is faulty please contact us through Ebay messaging before returning the item. We will try to resolve issues or provide professional advice. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded.
    Note: This does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
    Customers should return faulty item(s) along with item warranty card and purchase receipt to our premises and responsible for shipping costs when returning faulty goods to us and we will pay the shipping for returning replacement goods. Replacement will be send out only after receiving the faulty item(s).
    If the goods are found not to be faulty or they have been damaged by misuse, no refund will be issued and product(s) will be returned to customer after receiving full payment for return postage.

    CHANGE OF MIND / REFUNDS: If you order the wrong item or wish to return it, then TV-Zone must be notified. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and it's package (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or it's package in any way). We will refund full cost of the product(s), excluding original shipping cost, within 7 Days of purchase if product(s) is brand new, unopened and unused. After first 7 days or if product returned opened or used a 20% of restocking fee will be charged. We will not be able to refund the original shipping costs as we've already incurred the costs of sending your order (even on Items with Free Delivery there is a shipping costs to us). You will be required to return item(s) along with item warranty card and purchase receipt and pay the shipping costs when returning items back to us.
    Note: Please use a registered delivery shipping service when returning goods. This way you are insured in case of loss or damage to your package. Refunds will only be paid on the same Paypal account used to pay for item(s).

      NON-DELIVERIES / MISSING OR BROKEN GOODS: Customers should inspect the goods on receipt to make sure all items are present and were not damaged during transit. If goods are missing or damaged from your order please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve this issue. it's recommended to check the order prior to signing for the goods.
