This skirt is very stretchy and you can size down if you're happy to have it very fitted. The 12R will fit a true 14R.

**New note re: colour

One buyer has told me that she felt misled by the photos in terms of the colour of the skirt. These are Boden stock photos which on my monitor look very much like the actual colour of the skirt. But on every screen, colours look different.

Boden describes the colour as PETROL. This is not navy. This is not blue, exactly, though it is a sort of dark bluish-grey and "Petrol Blue" is a good description of it, depending on what your idea of PETROL is.

It is quite a dark colour, and quite difficult to describe. It is a dark charcoal-slate-blue sort of colour. If you imagine very dark grey slate tiles with a blue-ish tinge, perhaps that would get you in the right sort of ballpark.

In the photo you can see compared to the dark grey background, the skirt is somewhat in the same family of colours, but has a blue-ish tinge.
