Fully functional and almost no sign of use can be found.  Glass is clean and clear with no scratch, no cleaning marks and no haze. Under the strong with magnifier exam, very minor internal dust can be found. Lens diaphragm is perfect. Focusing is smooth and tight. Lens barrel shows almost no sign of use. Comes with bubble case.
