1904 Regent Theatre Magician Harry Houdini Basket Challenge Magic Poster

Here we have a great magic poster, or broadsheet, for Harry Houdini in which a challenge was issued to escape from a locked basket from the Henshaw Blind Asylum. The challenge is stated, along with Houdini's response and his offer of a reward to anyone who can find any false exits in the basket. He also declined a private challenge and announced it was to be held at the Regent Theatre, in Salford. We believe this to have taken place in 1904.

This poster is printed on heavy, 230 gsm (10 pt cover), premium matte art paper. Posters are centered on full sized paper to accommodate readily available frames or custom matting. The image size refers specifically to the artwork itself, not the size of the paper it is printed on. Therefore, the paper size is always larger than the image size.  All posters have a minimum 1/4" white border.
