Lightweight and stylish Heart Shaped umbrellas by Soake. The spokes are fibreglass which offer superb flexibility and strength in the wind ensuring that they flex and don't bend or break as many inferior umbrellas do which have thinner, metal and weaker spokes. This umbrella has 16 ribs which greatly reduces the risk of inversion in windy weather. The Canopy of this umbrella is manufactured from high quality 190T polyester material offering maximum protection from the rain. With an overall diameter of a whopping 112cm this ensures it is large enough to keep you dry in all weather. This umbrella is manual opening with a lightweight aluminium shaft. We have also incorporated a soft EVA handle which is colour matched to the canopy.

UK Mainland
Your order will be despatched within one working day if your payment is received. The standard delivery time to a UK mainland address is approximately 3 - 5 working days for standard services and 1 - 2 working days for express services. Delivery times may vary during seasonal peaks or other similar circumstances which are out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for delays in postal deliveries. If you don't receive your item within 5 working days from the day it was despatched please contact us.
UK Highland & Islands
Depending on the size of your order there may be a delivery surcharge for UK Highland and Islands. Please request a quote prior to purchase.
International Shipping
Shipping to different counties can vary significantly Please allow 14-21 days for your order to arrive. The majority of our international shipments are made via Royal Mail who will pass on your order to your national postal service. We do not recommend using a PO Box as a postal address as for registered parcels a signature will be required.
Returns
You must contact us for authorisation code before returning any goods. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery, starting the day after you receive the goods, and return your order for a refund. For unwanted items the goods must be returned by you in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a signed for service delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for the item until we have it back. We will offer refund for new items which are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order. Items must be returned in the same brand new, unused and saleable condition with all labels and original packaging. If the goods are unsuitable, a refund for the purchase price will be issued. It may take up to 28 days to refund your payment from the date your items arrive in our warehouse. In the unlikely event that your goods are received damaged or faulty, or they develop a fault in a very short period of time, 30 days from purchase, please contact us. If we cannot repair the damaged items we will offer a replacement or exchange it with any other item. If you prefer any other item as an exchange then the difference in price will be either refunded or charged to you.
