I offer a ***combined shipping discount*** on multiple items, so be sure to check out my other auctions. If you plan on bidding on another item of mine soon, please let me know and I will wait until that auction ends to send one total invoice.
In general I offer 50% off shipping for all additional parcel post and priority items over 13 oz. (largest/heaviest item is regular shipping rate). First class discounts are per item based on weight/size.
I ship my items promptly, normally within 1-3 business days.
I do not make a profit off of handling charges. My rates are fair and low, and are only there to cover basics like packaging supplies.
Priority Mail ships fast. All of my items are shipped with a tracking number (except flat envelope items like stickers). Parcel Post may take a few days as sometimes I can only get to the post office a couple times a week, but it will be as soon as possible. All items are packaged well.
Positive Feedback
Feedback is really important to me. I am an individual and not a large business. It really is personal for me. You can expect positive feedback from me (unless something crazy happens like you are ridiculously rude or don't pay for your item)! As a seller, I shoot for five stars in all areas.
Great Customer Service
A lost art in this world of ours... I care about my customers and want to make sure you get the service you deserve. I do have a family with little ones, and they come first, but I will get back to you as soon as I can. If you are disappointed with some aspect of our transaction, please let me know before leaving feedback so I can do my best to correct the situation.
Returns
I am only able to accept returns if item has been grossly misrepresented. I work out of my home and I just don't have the space or time (I'm a mommy) to handle returns. I describe items as accurately as possible and to the best of my ability. That said, I do want my buyers to feel confident in buying from me. If there is a problem, I will work with you to fix it.
I’m happy to ship internationally via Priority Mail, but this is obviously more expensive than domestic mail.
Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of auction end (5 days for international sales). After 5 days, if I haven't heard from you, an unpaid item case will be opened. Seller may relist item if payment has not been received in this time frame.
