    • For heavy repairing, please send the item to our Hong Kong office (contact us for the address), we will pass it to the manufacturer for repairing. Once the repairing is finished, we will post it back to you immediately.

    • We will refund or exchange for defective or mis-sent items only. The item should be returned within 30 days upon arrival of shipping address. Complete and intact package must be included.
