RETURN POLICY, SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING FEE (and how they work together)
-- Please note the 10 percent restocking fee on this listing should you need to
return it. I offer free shipping, but if an item needs to be returned for any
reason other than a mistake I made in the listing or damage in shipping, you
will pay the return shipping and this fee, which is intended to recover my
original shipping cost. The goal is that you get a great price if you keep the
item. If you don’t, please understand that I am one person running a small
business – not a major corporation – so I can’t afford to ship items back and
forth on transactions that do not remain completed.
-- All returns must be completed through the no-hassle returns button on the
listing. No exceptions. If you buy an item as a guest user and need to return
it, this means you’ll need to create an account to make the return.
-- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
-- All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the buyer receiving the item.
