This ad is for a snout/nose rebuild service for the Eaton M112 supercharger. All bearings are professionally removed and replaced using high quality SKF bearings selected to match the high speed, temperature and specific supercharger clearances as required by OE specification.

- Returned with 225ml of the oil in a reusable 250ml plastic bottle for customer filling
- 60ml syringe with small bore pvc hose for drawing out the old oil/inserting the new.
Another very common failure is the sprung coupler that connects the snout drive to the rotors inside. In most cases a rattle from the supercharger is caused by this but can be remedied very easily. We always advise inspecting the isolator thoroughly, common failures are broken springs and cracked plastic. Look carefully as hairline cracks will open up when in service, this also applies to ageing solid couplers. Please note that this kit does NOT include an isolator. If you supply your isolator/coupler with the snout we will inspect it as part of the rebuild service and report on its condition.
Rebuild Completion Time:
Once received our typical turn around is 3-5 working days + delivery time.
If you need a rebuilt snout quicker, for some snout sizes such as the M112 we can also send out an exchange snout in advance. If you wish to use our exchange service please "request total from seller" to pay a deposit of £200. If your supercharger is NOT an M112 (see listing details above) please contact us through eBay's messaging service to confirm if we have an exchange unit available.
Please be aware that non-supply of the exchange snout will result in no deposit being refunded. In addition we reserve the right to withold a refund or negotiate a partial refund if the replacement snout is not a matching snout to that supplied or if it is received in a non-resellable or refurbishable condition. This is a rare occurrence and is typically aimed towards DIY failures where the snout has been damaged or customised.
Optional Performance Pulleys:
We also are the manufacturer and fitter of a range of performance reduced diameter power pulleys for upgrades. As our rebuild services require the pulley to be removed, if you are considering a performance upgrade now would be the perfect time. On some pulleys the snout requires reduction machining in order to fit, a service that we offer and that is more cost effective to be done at the same time as a rebuild. UK Customers: UK 2nd class small packet post can take a week. If you need your item fast, please select 1st class post or Special Delivery.
Overseas Customers: Irrespective of eBay estimated delivery dates, international post can take up to 3 weeks depending on how quickly items are processed when they arrive in your country. We have no control over this, so please try to accept that we are not responsible for slow post.
In particular, mail to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Italy, Spain and Portugal may take just one week, but more often takes 3 weeks or more.
Overseas Tracking: Standard economy airmail from the UK is not a tracked service. If you require tracking, please select the additional cost services at checkout.
We accept returns up to one calendar month after you ordered, even if you have just changed your mind or ordered in error, but unless there is something wrong with the item, you need to pay the return postage cost.
If we have sent an incorrect or faulty item, we will of course cover reasonable return post expense.
