Payments
We only
accept PayPal and require payment within 48 hours of purchase.
Shipping
The postage and packing charges
cover a beautiful organza gift pouch and packaging materials. We use
standard international post (small packages) and only use registered mail for
items above the value of 25GBP, unless on special requests. If you require Registered mail please
send us an email requesting this before payment and we can add the extra cost
onto your invoice, this will be around 2GBP. We can provide tracking numbers
once we have posted the items to you with registered mail only. Please
note that once the items have been posted, we cannot track these
items for you and will not be held responsible for possible delays at customs
or any loss of items. We are under no obligation to replace lost items or items
that have not been claimed by recipient.
We will post all items within 48 hours week
days, if you win a bid on Friday your item will be posted to you on
Monday.
Post inland should take 1-2 working days
Post to the European Union should take 5-7
working days
Post to US and countries outside Europe should
take 7-10 working days
Returns
We do accept returns please try to
get your items
back to us within 14 working days, so we can give you a full refund.
Please take into consideration that any items that have been worn or damaged wilfully cannot
be accepted
as they must be resalable.
