Description

ENAMEL BOX:  Late 18th Century Bilston Enamel circular box the hinged lid decorated with a Lady and Gentleman in period dress walking among lawn and building, the waisted and fluted body is decorated with flowers.

Dating around 1785 - 1790.

Condition Report

   Good.  The enamel shows cracks and chips typical of enamel ware of this age.  The lid is in very good condition showing the couple and scenery clearly.
