The skirt has shorts built in, elastic across the back of the waist band, and pink rhinestone detail buttons on the waist and back pockets. The skirt is 55% ramie, 43% cotton, and 2% spandex. It measures 9 1/2” across the waist unstretched and 10 1/2" in length from the waist to the bottom.  This skirt is in brand new condition with no rips, holes, or stains. It will make a great addition to your child's wardrobe at a fraction of the original price!
