PayPal - Easy, Secure and Fast.

We accept all payments through PayPal. This industry leading platform is is a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet. Making a payment to us through PayPal can be done using a existing PayPal account or pay by credit card, debit card or bank account if you do not have a PayPal account.

VAT (value-added tax)

- Commercial/ private buyers in the Netherlands will receive an invoice including VAT (21%).

- Private buyers from abroad will get a invoice including VAT (21%).

- Commercial buyers from abroad will get a invoice excluding VAT (0%).

- Please send your valid VAT-id after transaction to receive an VATless invoice (0%). ​​​​​​​

- The listing price is including nor excluding VAT. The VAT rate is determined afterwards transaction.

International Buyers (outside of the Netherlands)

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges for customers located outside of the Netherlands. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. network Republic is not responsible for any Duty charges, VAT or additional tax related costs for any exported orders. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. 

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)

- Free shipping for all domestic orders, unless described differently.

- All domestic orders will be shipped with our leading local carrier service PostNL.

- Expeditied and/or Overnight shipping is available at additional cost - contact us for options and pricing.

- Purchases made before 3PM CET - Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day.

- All orders are only shipped to confirmed eBay/PayPal shipping addresses. If you would like your order shipped to a different  address, please update your eBay/PayPal with the correct shipping address prior to making your purchase.

- We do not ship to P.O. BOXES - A physical address must be provided.

- If you are located in The Netherlands or neighbor country and would like a local pickup, please contact our Customer Service through eBay before purchase. This way we can arrange a nice cup of coffee.

International Shipping (FedEx)

- All international orders are shipped through Fedex International Economy service.

- Expeditied, Overnight and/or Priority shipping is available at additional cost - contact us for options and pricing. 

- In general, all orders are shipped to Buyer within 1-2 business days, unless described differently.

- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges for customers located outside of the Netherlands. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. 

Buyer Shipping Accounts:​​​​​​​

- Utilizing buyers shipping accounts is possible but all risks or issues concerning shipping and insurance are the buyers responsibilty. Network Republic will not be liable for any shipping issues, losses, carrier/logistical errors or delays for items shipped using buyer accounts. 

Network Republic offers up to 1 year standard warranty!

Because we believe in the products we sell, wether new, certified or refurbished, we are confident to extend up to one year replacement warranty on all products that leave our docks. Normal factory warranties will only cover new retail products up to 90 days, Network Republic will cover it up to 1 year.

Warranty details​​​​​​​

Warranty covers defective, DOA, or equipment that fails to perform to manufacturers specifications.

Warranty does not cover the following:

• Misuse or improper handling
• Environmental conditions (moisture, heat, over voltage, dust, etc.)
• Non-compliance with the applicable safety precautions for the device
• Not following the instructions
• Use of force (eg, shock, impact, case)
• Interventions that are not authorized by us
• Unauthorized attempts to repair
• Shipments in non-safety packaging
• Warranty is void if warranty seal is removed or broken.

Warranty Exclusions

Software & Licenses are excluded from our warranty policy. Request our terms and conditions for more information.

Items listed "AS-IS" are not covered under warranty and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

*One year warranty is only available to our end-user customers. Brokers and wholesale customers need to check T&C’s for warranty conditions and contact their account manager for more information. 

Warranty Return Merchandise Authorization Policy

All Goods that are reported defective during the warranty period will be given an RMA number and must be returned to our returning/rma address. No goods may be returned without a valid RMA number displayed in the packaging or without corresponding product serial numbers on product and receipt of sale. 

Defective products

We are committed to providing you with quality products. Any of our products with a quality defect can be returned for a full refund or exchange. Please ask us for the RMA form.

Network Republic reserves the right at its sole discretion to decide whether any goods are defective. Defective goods will either be replaced with a Good of the same or similar specification or will be repaired and returned within thirty (30) days. If replacement or repair is not practicable, the Seller will credit the value of the defective Good (as detailed on the invoice) to the Buyer’s account. All defective Goods must be reported to the seller within seven (7) days of the delivery date.

The Buyer will pay for the Goods to be returned to the Seller. Only in special circumstances these costs will be reimbursed if the defect is reported to the Seller within the warranty period and returned to the Seller in adherence with the RMA procedure. 

Return / Exchange Policy

- Before requesting a return or exchange on eBay, please contact us and provide a description regarding any issues as we can expedite the process and offer you the best solution possible. 

- Items may be returned within 14 days after delivery date, with all accessories originally included, in the same condition as they were received. (with all packing slips and packing materials)

- Returns due to compatibility issues, incorrect models, or technical difficulties, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

- Exchanges are offered if same or similar item is in stock and available, otherwise refund will be processed to original method of payment. In case of price descrepancies between original purchased item and exchange item, the buyer will be charged or credited the price difference to original method of payment.

- Refunds for returns will be processed minus any applicable original shipping costs within 3 business days of receiving goods following item evaluation and inspection by our technician.

*NOTE: PayPal requires an additional 3 to 5 business days to process refunds to buyers accounts or methods of payment.*

- Items listed "AS-IS" are are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales final on items sold "AS-IS".

Trade in toward Network Republic Credit. No Decision on future requirements? No problem. Apply the “Trade In” from Network Republic purchasing your equipment for hardware solutions provided by Network Republic in the future.

Convert assets into Cash. Many of our customers request the “Trade In” purchase price be paid as a check issued direct from Network Republic. Based on the current accounting laws and the procedures of the customer, Network Republic can and will meet the customer’s request.

Clean up your warehouse. Network Republic can provide “end-of-life” services for excess inventory, old and/or data hardware including and recycling services at competitive pricing. We provide Concierge service thru the entire product life cycle.
